CRAFT CERTIFICATE IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRODUCTION SERVICE AND SALES
CRAFT CERTIFICATE IN CATERING AND ACCOMMODATION OPERATIONS
These two courses run for two modules where each module takes three terms. Those applying for these courses must have D (plain) in KCSE OR Artisan Certificate in Food and Beverage Production, Service and Sales. At the end of each module, the trainee is expected to sit for Kenya National Examination Council examination before proceeding to the next module.
Admission for module one is done in May and Module two in September of each calendar year. The course is designed to impart supervisory and operative skills in the trainee.
ARTISAN CERTIFICATE IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRODUCTION SERVICE AND SALES
Those applying for this course must have a D- (minus) at KCSE OR KCPE Certificate. The course takes four terms. Admission is done in January of each calendar year. The course is designed to impart operative skills in the trainee.
